Van Dyken Mechanical engineers, fabricates, installs, repairs, and maintains Clean in Place systems for pharmaceutical manufacturers, dairy farms, food manufacturers, and general manufacturers using paint, glue, and chemical processes. The benefits of a properly engineered stainless steel are: maximized and consistent cleaning method, improved and consistent product quality, reduced man-hours and affiliated costs, less water use and more eco-friendly cleaning chemicals. CIP is overall a safer, more consistent method of plant sanitation. We follow all: 3-A, USDA, cGMP, ASME (U&R), BPE, FDA and API standards.
Van Dyken Mechanical has been around for over 65 years, so we rarely have to “reinvent the wheel” – we know what to do and we get it done, accurately and efficiently. Our employees are respected and treated well and enjoy working together, so we have a very low employee turnover rate, so our collective talents are wide and deep, with a vast knowledge base. We can do most projects in house, from start to finish, which is extremely efficient… important details don’t “fall through the cracks”.
Van Dyken Mechanical can design, fabricate, install, and start-up, all types of Clean-In-Place systems, tanks and units, to your specific requirements. If you don’t know your requirements, we can analyze your unique process and figure out your specifications. We can also retrofit clean in place systems to single or multiple tank systems.
