We’re extremely proud of what we do for our HVAC customers, but the pride doesn’t stop there. Other important measures of success come from knowing that our employees enjoy a well-deserved “quality of life”, and that our surrounding West Michigan community is healthy, happy, and valued as well. That means being good community stewards, helping others when we can, setting good examples, and inspiring goodness and decency.
A Special Thanks to Thousand Oaks for hosting the 14th Annual Beacon Hill at Eastgate Golf Classic.

Congratulations to the team of the Perrigo Holland Phase 2 project on winning the 2016 Excellence in Construction award for HVAC in the ABC - West Michigan Chapter. This project has also been entered in the national awards in Florida.
VDM is grateful for and appreciates our talented employees. We understand that we are only as good as the employees that make up the VDM team, and so we strive to treat our employees right. We don’t just want people that want a job, we want people looking for a career. The perfect VDM employee is someone that will retire from VDM many years down the line.
We want all of our employees to know how much we appreciate them. Van Dyken Mechanical frequently holds employee appreciation events, including this afternoon of paid time off work where we held a safety meeting, held raffles, and held a Trap & Clay competition at Caledonia Sportsman’s Club.
