RESPONSIBILITIES
Dave’s primary responsibilities include safety director, engineering department manager, facilitating design-build, estimation, scheduling, quality control, and executive management. He has a proven track record of delivering successful on-schedule and on-budget results. Dave is responsible for a multimillion-dollar commercial/industrial HVAC portfolio specializing in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

EXPERIENCE
As a member of the Van Dyken Mechanical, Inc. team since 1992, Dave brings his clients both field and management experience. His experience provides a unique ability to navigate complex rules and specifications related to intricate client GMP requirements and unique HVAC/Process Systems. Dave possesses a proven track record of completing both new constructions as well as maintaining client operations in high-level facilities during the construction process. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide variety of complex projects ranging in costs from daily maintenance support work to $16 million projects.

Dave is married with two children and is an avid outdoorsman. When not outdoors, Dave is an active participant in his children’s athletic endeavors.
