Allegan Elementary School
Van Dyken Mechanical provided the complete mechanical systems for the new Allegan Elementary School, helping create a comfortable, energy-efficient learning environment for students and staff. The project included classroom heating and cooling unit ventilators, VAV systems, blower coils, rooftop units, exhaust systems, hydronic heating coils, cabinet heaters, finned tube radiation, and a complete natural gas piping system.
The facility also features a fully integrated heating water plant with boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, and air separation equipment, along with a snowmelt system to
improve safety and accessibility during Michigan winters. Through careful coordination and quality installation, VDM delivered reliable mechanical systems designed to support the school’s daily operations and provide long-term performance for the district.
