RESPONSIBILITIES
Allen is responsible for the management and operations of the Van Dyken Mechanical Service Department. He is also involved with developing and teaching in-house training programs.

EDUCATION
Allen earned an HVAC-R certificate from Universal Technical Institute in 1998. He has certificates for several boiler and chiller factory training classes and a Universal EPA refrigerant license, and he holds a Mechanical Contractor’s License of Michigan.
