Van Dyken Mechanical, Inc. was contracted by Wolverine Construction to design / build an underfloor (raised floor) HVAC system in this 52,000 square foot building for Campbell Insurance. This was a certified LEED's green project. 

Van Dyken Mechanical, Inc. also installed a snow melt system for the sidewalks surrounding the building.
